Assets under Management

Our focus is geographically on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and on the asset classes office and retail real estate.

The geographical allocation measured by market values is as follows: Germany: 42%, Switzerland 34% and Austria with 24%. Occasionally, as a subordinate form of use (approximately 25%), we have also residential properties, hotels and logistics properties within the entire assets under management.


As part of our direct investment strategy, we pursue core strategies as well as core plus / value-add approaches for our clients. Inventory objects as well as investments in project developments on the basis of turnkey arrangements are considered as target allocation.
